Rukia kuchiki confronted by Renji Abarai, one of the shinigami who assigned to arrest Rukia and bring her home. Renji Abarai is not alone, he along with Byakuya Kuchiki, Rukia's brother. Their arrival to Karakura Town was not only to arrest Rukia, but also kill people who had taken Rukia's power, that is Ichigo. Lately, Ishida came to help Rukia.
Meanwhile, Ichigo had found Kon tied up under the toilet. Kon bound by Rukia when he saw Rukia getting ready to go. He showed Ichigo the letter on the table which had been spared from his observation. In a letter written in code, Rukia says that he must go. He asked Ichigo not looking for her, and also ordering Ichigo to hide for a while. Ichigo was about to turn into shinigami and went looking for Rukia, but since Rukia isn't there he can't turn into shinigami. Fortunately, When Ichigo forced Kon to out from puppets, Urahara appeared and offered to help.
Back to Ishida and Rukia, Ishida Quincy force was completely unable to beat Renji Abarai. Ishida was seriously injured. When Renji want to kill Ishida, Ichigo appears and then he fight against Renji. Finally Renji watch out his Shikai (initial release), gaining the advantage by transforming his sword into a unique weapon.
